Lauren has lived and breathed animals since a young child, sharing a home with many dogs of all varieties over the years and starting a lifelong horse obsession as young as 5 years old.
Lauren has always had a fascination for the biomechanical workings of the body and Veterinary Physiotherapy seemed the ideal career choice to combine these two passions. After 3- years, Lauren graduated with a First Class Bachelors of Science degree with Honours from The Royal Agricultural University, requiring many hours of practical hands-on practice and rigorous exams. Lauren then went on to gain a First Class Master’s degree in McTimoney Veterinary Chiropractic from The College of Chiropractic in Oxford, graduating in 2025 after a further 2 years of study.
Lauren also has two of her own horses, Rainy and Thyme who she has produced herself and enjoys her downtime with.
Although she has dabbled in the competitive side of dressage, Lauren has a strong interest in educating young horses and has found a passion in using positive reinforcement (clicker) training with her young horse Thyme.

Throughout her studies, Lauren had the pleasure of working with many different types of animals from agility and working dogs, to competition and riding school horses all of which she has found ways of helping them lead better lives through improving their musculoskeletal systems.
Lauren has a large interest in promoting good posture for optimal movement and function, creating strong foundations for preventing common injuries and enjoys working with owners to weave easy-to-do physiotherapy into every day life. As a busy person herself, Lauren understands that time constraints are often an issue when it comes to following advice for your animals and has found success with owners alike in this way.
